If you don’t already know me, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Kelsey Kovacs, and photography is my passion. I fell in love with capturing the beauty of memories when I was a little girl, always carrying around a toy camera or stealing my mom’s early 2000s digital cams (which I still use sometimes for that nostalgic look)! I loved taking documentary type pictures of my family and being able to look back on those photos and recall the stories behind them. As I started to get a bit older, I uncovered the joy that it brought me to have such a thing as a picture and being able to get creative with it.

When I graduated high school, I bought my first “big girl camera” and started learning the ins and outs of photography. Doing it as a side gig for quite some time and learning from others, I built a portfolio and found my own true style of how I create my art.

Along the way I found that my favorite thing to photograph is LOVE! I am obsessed with the raw emotion of a wedding day and the candid feelings between a couple. As an Ohio native, I also love traveling and venturing away from home to document love in epic corners of this beautiful earth with my trusty camera.
